We know you are excited to get your Lovely Mess order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed as soon as possible, so that you receive your items as soon as possible.

All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with warehouses usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 48 hours of purchase. This can extend to 72 hours during holiday seasons, weekends and public holidays.

We will work hard to ship your product to you within 2 business days. You should receive your order within 4-14 business days, subject to courier or weather delays. For Regional and Remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please reach out via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure lower prices for you, our customer.
